Robert ‘Bobby’ Scott

Founding Director

Bobby is currently the President of SCDF volunteering his service and his work experience as the
Director of Environment of Care and Emergency Management at UI Health, a major medical center
and supporting ambulatory clinics in Chicago IL. He offers the SCDF board several years of
experience in improving workplace environment and safety.

Bobby graduated from the University of South Florida in Tampa with degrees in Micro-biology and
Safety Management. He is also a Certified Hazardous Material Manager (CHMM) and a Certified
Hospital Safety Professional (CHSP). When not ensuring the health and safety of 5000+ employees
and numerous patients in the hospital, you can find him involved with his local Toastmasters group
and with professional organizations which promote health and safety.

Bobby considers himself a proud St. Marian as he spent his formative years traveling in the rural
parish of St. Mary, Jamaica between his home in Annotto Bay and Highgate where St. Cyprians Prep
School is located. He is one of three children who attended St. Cyprian’s between 1970-1980.

Part of Bobby’s own health and recreation routine is participating in frequent half marathons and
enjoys watching European TV shows on Amazon Prime and Netflix. His best vacations always begin
with a long plane ride to somewhere new. He is a proud founding member of this Foundation, eager
to see a thriving future for the students and faculty of this cherished school.
